Refunds
Refunds are only available for products that are out of stock, shipped incorrectly, or damaged. For any other reasons, refunds will follow the supplier's policy, and SHplaza will serve as an intermediary.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shplaza.kr@gmail.com.
Return
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product by contacting shplaza.kr@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior notice will not be processed. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs and any applicable taxes will be the customer’s responsibility. A $10 handling fee will also be deducted from the refund amount. Returns, reshipments, or refunds are not available if delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer error, customs clearance failure, or unpaid customs duties.

Changes & Exchanges
If the order has not yet been shipped, you may change order details. However, after the order has been dispatched, changes are not possible. A handling fee will apply if you need to change the shipping address.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Customs and import charges
As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. We might be able to give you some information about import charges, but before you buy an item, it's a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details.
